UsedDealerTrade.com agrees to provide an online forum for the purpose of allowing licensed automobile dealers to display their inventory of automobiles so that other licensed automobile dealers my view that inventory. UsedDealerTrade.com will not be responsible, held liable or participate in any business transaction between dealers. It is the sole responsibility of the dealer to facilitate and complete any transactions that are a result of being a member of UsedDealerTrade.com.
UsedDealerTrade.com also agrees to maintain their website and keep the website up and running. UsedDealerTrade.com is not responsible for the accuracy of the content put on it's site by it's members. UsedDealerTrade.com is not responsible for the quality of any photographs displayed by it's members. We reserve the right to deny or take down any listing that is inaccurate or contain any obscene or inappropriate content. We also reserve the right to cancel a dealers membership for inappropriate content, illegal dealings, inaccurate listings, posting obscene or inappropriate content or non-payment of membership fees.
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Terms of membership can be upgraded but can not be downgraded. It is the members responsibility to maintain the integrity of their username and password. UsedDealerTrade.com is not responsible for any unauthorized access to a dealers account due to a member not protecting the integrity of their username and password. UsedDealerTrade.com agrees to provide adequate security to prevent unauthorized access by hackers or other personnel who would attempt to break into our website.
Only licensed automobile dealers are allowed to be members of UsedDealerTrade.com. Members must provide a valid dealer license number. If at any time a members dealer license is revoked or suspended, that will constitute an automatic suspension of their membership until such time as proof of a valid license is produced. UsedDealerTrade.com will not allow access to our site and membership to the general public or any unlicensed automobile dealer.
By singing this membership application, I agree to the above terms and conditions and I also agree that the information on this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
